9 Signs You Have Unhealed Trauma

Trauma is often the result of an overwhelming amount of stress from a situation that exceeds one’s ability to cope, such as the death of a loved one, the end of a meaningful relationship, or the rejection of a loved one. Do you pretend that everything is good when it really isn’t? When you don’t have a positive and healthy way of dealing with your trauma, you end up repressing your negative emotions. It can be hard to recognize unresolved trauma on the surface, especially within ourselves.

How To Write Multi Syllable Rhymes In Rap

When you rhyme the syllables in the bars together it is called a multi syllable rhyme. Multi syllable rhymes are often referred to as Multis (sometimes spelled “Multies”)

Why use multi syllable rhymes?

You’ll notice your flows and rhyming abilities will massively increase when you start doing multi syllable rhymes as a habit.

What’s the difference between multi syllable rhymes and internal rhymes?

How to write multi syllable rhymes in rap

If you have ready written a line you can easily complete the next bar as a multi syllable line by finding rhyme words for each of the parts

So let’s say your first line is:

Never inherited nothing but anger issues

We can find rhymes for inherited, nothin, but, anger and issues and fill in the next line

Try to find the end rhyme of the next bar first then find rhymes for other words going backwards.

Never inherited nothing but anger issues

So we want to rhyme with anger issues

Insanely miss you

Danger hit you

Famell get you

Hang and lift you

Never inherited nothing but anger issues

First let’s try the one that feels like it’ll make the most sense with the bar

Danger hit you goes with anger issues

Now we wanna try to find rhymes for inherited and nothin and  but and this is what I came up with

Never inherited nothing but anger issues

I’ll Nancy Kerragan you up n Danger hitchu

There you go that’s how to write multi syllable rhymes in rap
